Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Again you will know all fees in advance of treatment.

We will bill your insurance and most insurance companies do not respond for four to six weeks. Please call our office if you statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but that must be implemented prior to the actual procedure.

Our Medical Billing Department works diligently to arrange pre-authorizations for our services, and still cannot guarantee payment from an insurance company.

Lastly, remember, that treatment is considered medical in nature and can be covered through your companies flex-spending program as an alternative to medical insurance coverage. Many of our patients choose to have treatment even though their HMO’s do not cover it.
